Abstract

This article is dedicated to the 75th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. Nevertheless, the historical period chosen for the study includes not only the war years, but also the post-war period that was difficult for the entire population of the country due to the process of restoring the national economy. The authors turn to the study of the 1941—1953 legislation of the USSR and the RSFSR on natural resources and nature protection. Based on the analysis of all normative legal acts and other documents adopted during this period, the authors managed to identify the main features of its development. They used the legal reference assistance system «Consultant Plus» while working on the article.
