This issue has been prepared on the basis of materials of the round table “The problems of national minorities in the CSEC countries in the interwar period” (October, 2016), conducted by the Institute of Slavic Studies. The articles cover a wide range of issues, including the legal aspects of the situation of national minorities in the countries of the region during this period, relations between national minorities and the titular nations, the impact of external factors on the situation of national minorities, analyzes some theoretical approaches to the solution of the problem in the political figures writings interwar period.
