Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of the “reading person”, considered in the context of the paradigm of Russia's development in the information society. An attempt has been made to identify trends in the formation of the “reading person” in relation to the model of the “man of culture” that transforms at the end of the 20th and beginning of the 21st century under the influence of media culture, to actualize the problem of his being in the information age in the aspect of reflection in history, culture, and literature.
