Abstract

The article is devoted to the most remarkable phenomena of the first third of the 19th century in Russia — the era of “philosophical awakening”. At that period of time occurred the development of teaching philosophy in universities and theological academies, spread of Shellingianism, activity of many philosophical circles, etc. Also is characterized the creativity of Danilo Vellansky and Mikhail Pavlov, — the Russian Shellingianists of 1820s. The common and the special features of their thought are stand out. Furthermore, the originality of Nikolai Stankevich’s ideas and the specific of his circle members work is disclosed.
