Abstract
The article represents evolution of the historical science methodological aspects. Such definitions as micro- and microhistory are considered. Modern trends of transnational history regarded as a part of development of global history concept in the second half of the 20th century. Not only scientific but social meaning of transnational history are taken under consideration. It has a big potential because of increasing role of the history among the humanities.
