Abstract
Institutionalization of the history of emotions as a new direction of scientific studies and even a peculiar expression of "emotional turn" in the humanities, first of all in the form of a number of scientific centers and research groups working on the principle of scientific laboratories is the major focus of the author's interest. The author analyzes these centers regarding history of their creation, the developed research areas, projects, programs, educational and research resources, scientific forums and other ways of scientific activity. An indicator of the institutionalization of history of emotions as a research direction, according to the author, is creation of International society on the study of emotions with its own thematic edition, emergence of a number of blogs providing a network of communication to the researchers working within this direction and also formation of large scientific series and significant amount of publications on theoretical and concrete historical research. Special attention is paid to the problematic nodes and conceptual apparatus of the history of emotions.
