Abstract
The article is focused on the issues of the World War I and the Civil war in Saratov region. Specific focus on the process of regional transition from the state of war to the dark period of civil clashes and uncertainty. Author examines the military clashes on the territory of Saratov Area, economic problems, political parties, social issues, etc.
