Abstract
This article is devoted to researching of the development of Russian historiography of the Cold War for the latest five years. The author emphasizes the continuity in studies of those main sets of problems which have been forming in Russian historiography of that theme since 1990s. As a result of the analysis it was shown that contemporary Russian historians pay most attention to studies of the internal front of the Cold War as well as to the development of the Eastern bloc and the Soviet-American confrontation in the Third World. The author comes to conclusion that recent Russian historiography makes a considerable contribution to the writing a contemporary version of the Cold War “new history”.
