Abstract

The article analyzes the transformation of the ruling political elite in Weimar Germany. It considers the content, specificity, stages of the process. The author reveals the essence of the transformation that meant implementing the political reverse focused in mass society on a return to the methods of ruling in the time of Kaiser Reich.
