Abstract
The article deals with the problem of the connection between Early Modern Time and the concept of Modernity. The author considers Early Modern Time to be the period between the end of the XVth century and the end of the XVIIIth century. It is a phase preceding Modernization when bourgeois society, modern statehood, European state system were formed, and also the time of emergence and formation of nations.
