Abstract
The study is dedicated to political murals of Northern Ireland and analyses the possible uses of this material by historians. The author follows the history of the murals of Ulster, the reflection of history and mythology in them, as well as that of international relations, Protestant canon and Catholic feminism, images of the enemy.
