Abstract

This article presents an overview of the Russian scholars’ researches of the priority directions of Italian Respublic’s foreign policy at the end of the 20th – the beginning of the 21st century. It demonstrates the main trends of the Russian historiography about the positions of Italy in relation to the main events of the world’s history of the period.
