Abstract
The Massalian Greeks and the Greeks of Empuries practiced the complex model of exploitation in the Mediterranean West. However, the location of Massalia gave it the geostrategic advantage over Empuries, isolated with Pyrenees from the continent, and it led to more significant results in using of this model.
