Abstract

In this article there are considered the questions of the creation of professional society of the historians, who investigate the history of international relations of early modern time and of the development of methodology of international relations of this age. Author remarks that it is necessary to found methodologically the studies of history of international relations of early modern time and to organize the society of professional historians in this field as well.
