Abstract

Social aspects of the Russian industry functioning as a whole and its particular branches in the first years of Soviet power has been studied quite well. However, to obtain a more detailed picture, for a deeper understanding of the crisis processes of that time, it is necessary to study them at the micro level, referring to the archival funds of particular enterprises. In this paper, the identification of social problems and specific mechanisms for regulating and stimulating industrial labor during the years of the Revolution and Civil war is carried out using archival materials of a large Moscow textile enterprise — Prokhorov Trekhgornaya Manufactory.
