The millennial experience of interaction and cooperation, historical, cultural, political, economic, civilizational ties of the Kazakh and Russian peoples contributed to the further integration and development of the Eurasian space. The particular emphasis is placed on the analysis of achievements of the Russian and Kazakhstan oriental studies and contacts of scientists in the 1990s — the 2000s years.
