Abstract
A publication is devoted the comprehension of one of the most difficult and contradictory periods in history of the Crimean peninsula. An author analyses political, economic, ethnic and soldiery aspects in development of Crimea 1921—1941 years. Considerable actual material is comprehended. The problems of hunger and “red” terror, antibolshevist insurgent motion, formation of Crimean Autonomous Soviet Socialistic Republic, introduction of base principles of new economic policy, passing to collectivization and industrialization, administrative-territorial transformations, strengthening of state marine boundaries and Black Sea fleet, development of education and culture, resort mastering of peninsula, political repressions are examined. Character and consequences of important administrative steps, undertaken guidance of the Soviet state on development of Crimea and his potential is in-process estimated. An author exposes the positive political results of formation of Crimean ASSR as a territorial autonomous republic in composition RSFSR.
