Abstract
The article discusses the features of the occupation policy of the German invaders in the temporarily occupied territory of the USSR, as well as their plans for the future administration of the territory of the Soviet Union in the event of victory. Putting the question, expressed in the “Generalplan Ost” and a number of orders for the Wehrmacht on the eve of war, military conflict that gave a different character from the previous military campaigns of the Wehrmacht. The main objective of the war against the Soviet Union proclaimed not only ideological defeat of communism, but in fact the destruction of the country and most of its population, the transformation of the survivors — a disenfranchised and illiterate slaves, incapable of resistance and living in the Stone Age. The article deals with the basic tools of the German command of the policy. On the other hand, the authors reveal the origins and development, as well as the influence of underground and partisan movement in the course of the war.
