Abstract
The paper to map the position of Russian émigré publications 1870 's and early 1880 's: the “Forward!” P. l. Lavrov, “Common Cause” A. H. Hristoforova, Geneva press followers M. A. Bakunin, “Employee” and “Communities” on the censorship policy of the Government of Tsar Alexander II and his successor, Emperor Alexander III; motivation is revealed out editions of those publications join forces in the fight for freedom national press; showing off the convergence of views on how to resolve the publicists of acceptable matter in Russia before and after the March 1, 1881, as well as the specifics of the approach to the problem of journalists, M. A. Bakunin thesis about followers of meaninglessness struggle for civil liberties.
