Abstract
This article observes interesting juridical source of early Middle Ages which is stored in the depository of National Library of Russia — manuscript Lat. Q. v. II. 11. It contains Lex Salica (the Carolingian edition, or K81 by K. A. Eckhardt) and capitularies of the beginning of 9th century. These sources give us some responsibilities to research so hard issues, as studying of writing phases of barbarian laws in early Middle Ages; discovering of several correcting stages in text of Lex Salica made by different handwritings; apprehensive edition of capitularies in order to represent real lawsuits and its practical usage in this type of sources.
