Abstract
Komintern activity in Latin America, in particular, in Mexico leant on the communists-foreigners who have lodged in this region. The fact of a foreign extraction of communistic leaders gave a reason to repression of the authorities against «foreign» subversive activities and for a breaking of the diplomatic relations between Mexico and the USSR in 1930.
