Abstract
In A.A.Marinchenko's article the international contracts are considered, and as well as Internal documents of belligerent parties on a legal status of the Soviet Prisoners of war in the Second World War. The author considers the Nazi "Criminal orders", as well as puts the emphasis on the questions of adherence to the conventions “ The Rights of Prisoners of war”. The author also deals with controversial problems of the relation of the Soviet government to Russian Prisoners of war , activity of the Red Cross. The part of the article is devoted to consideration of intermediary role of some countries in the negotiating process during the Second World War.
