Abstract
This article focuses on the identification and characterization of common motivational factors that lead to the formation of motivation of young workers in the industry of Siberia during the war. The author has selected a set of specific historical conditions of employment socialization of boys and girls, influenced by their relationship to production activities in the period under review. In particular, the primary analyzes (socio-cultural), secondary (material and economic, social, professional, social, psychological, legal) and tertiary (legal, manufacturing, logistics, domestic, cultural, social and psychological) factors governing the behavior of adolescents and young people industrial production. In general, a comprehensive study of the problem of their relations and combinations of very promising from the point of view the study of history and psychology of youth labor in military terms.
